Got out around 5:30 and almost immediately hooked into a very nice bass with a Bandit 100 chartreuse /w blue back. I lost him on a big jump, and didn't get anymore bites on that crank. So then I tried out a new baby bass husky jerk I bought yesterday and after a few casts hooked up with the one Above. I thought he was much bigger with the fight he put up, but still decent. No more bites in two hours, so I packed up and went for breakfast. I plan to go back out in the evening. I got rained out yesterday evening, so I am hoping for better weather tonight.
